  1. Are you all ages?

    • During the day yes. For night events where drinking will be involved we are 18+. All aged event inquiries need to be disclosed as all ages.

  2. How much does it cost to book the venue?

    • It depends on what you’re wanting to do. Since events vary so widely we don’t have flat rates. However, booking the venue starts at $300 and goes up from there.

    • Included in that price is: the venue, professional audio equipment, sound checks with an audio engineer (2 hours before doors), audio engineer for the duration of the event to ensure proper sound, dedicated door person, 2 hours of assisted setup (3 person staff, 2 hours before doors), art and vendor lighting, clean up after the event.

  1. How much time do we get to set up?

    • There are two free hours of assisted setup included in your venue rental. Additional hours can be purchased upon request.

  2. How many tables and chairs do you have?

    • We have approximately 50 stacking chairs that are available for use for free. We only ask you help set them up and put them back.

    • We have a few plastic folding tables in varying sizes that are available for use for free. We only ask you put them back at the end of the night.

  3. Can we put art on the walls?

    • Yes of course. We are all artists here and artists are always welcome to share their art works. We do ask a your cooperation with a few things: 1. For pop-ups you can hang art up to and no larger than 24” x 36” (unless otherwise agreed to in writing). 2. Please bring thumbtacks to hang your art. No screws, they cause too much damage. 3. There is no “art stacking” or “gallery hanging” art (unless otherwise agreed to in writing). All art must be hung in a single row at eye level. Continuously stacking art causes too much damage to the walls and generally doesn’t look good unless done correctly.

  4. Can we invite food vendors?

    • YES. Absolutely. Orlando has an awesome food scene and we’d love to have them all take part. Food vendors can set up in back yard and can get power from one of the storage containers.

  5. Cash for the door?

    • If you are organizing an event here and are keeping the money at the door, please bring at least $50 in change for the door person.

  6. Can we have someone collect the money at the door?

    • Absolutely. We will still have someone at the door to assist, check bags/ids, and help secure the space.


  1. Can we sell or give away drinks of any kind?

    • There are absolutely no outside drinks allowed, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. You have undoubtedly noticed our venue fees are very affordable given the space. We want your participation. Drinks and other sales from the store help keep this place going.
